Why Education is Our Priority?
The most potent tool for bringing about global change and the most efficient means of ending the cycle of poverty is education. It enables people to make informed decisions, enter the workforce, and guarantee that the next generation will also receive an education.
An individual can’t realize their full potential if they lack education. Children who are unable to attend school lose out on opportunities to improve their abilities and are unable to obtain respectable employment. Lack of appropriate employment and education can result in crime and social instability, which can impede the nation’s development. Without access to education, a startling proportion of kids are forced into child labor or early marriage.
Our Input
Sambal works at the grassroots level to strengthen the educational system, raise awareness of the value of education, and enroll as many children as we can in order to give every kid, especially those from vulnerable areas, the chance to achieve a better future through education. Our goal is to re-enroll the most at-risk and poor kids in school and provide them with the tools they need to end the cycle of poverty.
We raise awareness of the value of education among parents and local communities through workshops and other initiatives. We also have frequent counseling sessions to encourage parents to enroll their kids in school and support their participation in extracurricular activities, especially for girls.
Sambal assists in the correct application of the Right to Education Act in schools all over India and trains teachers to improve school facilities and gives books and other educational resources to students and schools in need.
